What we collect

Your name, contact details and the identity data Czech law requires us to register for every guest. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your card number.

Why

To manage your booking, to register you with the authorities as the law requires, and to contact you about your stay. We send marketing email only if you tick the box at check-in.

Analytics

This site uses cookie-free analytics that count visits without identifying you. The booking calendar and the map are provided by our booking software and OpenStreetMap, which may set their own cookies when you use them.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted, within the limits of the registration duties above. Write to the address in the footer.
